All orders to Canada are shipped by UPS Canada ground (5-7 business days). Shipping cost is based on total shipping weight and is calculated after you place your order. We also ship via UPS, FedEx or the USPS (United States Postal Service). For an estimate of international shipment fees, please visit each respective website, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. All local duties and taxes are the responsibility of the receiving party. Please contact your local customs office to determine these charges.
When your order ships, you'll get a UPS or FedEx tracking number in your shipping confirmation e-mail. This number allows you to easily track your package at https://www.ups.com or https://www.fedex.com. In some cases, it may take a day or so for your tracking number to show up in the tracking system. If you don't receive your tracking number within a day after the expected shipping date, please e-mail us at email@example.com. Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
The total amount of time that it takes for you to receive your order is based on many factors including: delivery address, time of season, product ordered, etc. The estimated production time will be displayed on the product page and after the product is ready to ship we will use the most economical means of shipping the product to you while meeting your in-hands date.
